Starting her career in accounts receivable, she grew from sending invoices to managing entire markets end-to-end — invoicing, collecting, and reconciling accounts with precision. Today she blends that rigor with her gift for customer communication, ensuring every client feels heard, understood, and confident in the process from start to finish. At Velstrata she champions trust, clarity, and client experience, turning complex back-end operations into calm, dependable systems.

Tehya Saylor – Workflow Strategist & Co-Founder

Tehya makes complex work simple to run—shaping knowledge into adaptable workflows tailored to the team. She learned to build fast by launching campaign field offices from a blank page—hiring and training large teams and turning chaos into playbooks that stick. Today she partners with entrepreneurs to keep momentum high: aligning priorities, balancing resources, and weaving in practical AI so knowledge and communication flow.
